There are many, many minor baseball leagues. There's an article at Minor league baseball, does the Wikipedia really need to list indivdual leagues all over again here? (Wow, my first talk page!) Rick

Hockey

[edit]

I removed the Class A, AA, wording. The class system is not an offical system at all. Since this is both developmental and minor sports leagues, the whole listing on the list of hockey leagues, except for the NHL could be listed, which would mean a much longer article. Pro Wrestling

[edit]

I don't think you can call TNA a "minor" promotion any longer. They are a national company with monthly PPV, and weekly television on both Spike TV and FOX Sports Net. While not global like WWE, they are certainly on par with the NWA or AWA in it's heyday. Patrick Riverside (talk) 12:17, 25 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Developmental Football International (DFI)

[edit]

New sports (American football) league launched in Aug 2018, it has four teams in Cal. and four others in the Eastern US. Not sure if it'll last over one season, but here's their web site. https://www.developmentalfootball.com/ 12.218.47.124 (talk) 00:53, 13 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Pro Wrestling (2023)

[edit]

I think NXT, and NXT Level Up should be added here for the WWE, and for other small wrestling promotions it should be the OVW, PWG, CZW, GCW, MZW, and others, even probl defunct indie/rookie wrestling promotions. WrestleLuxury Wiki (talk) 23:37, 26 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Nah. While NXT is developmental, pro wrestling is not a sport. It's an athletic performance art that imitates a sport as part of its milieu. oknazevad (talk) 00:10, 27 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
