operant

[edit]

I added pwet operant chambers. It's laboratory materials

. do the biological science labs not count?

--Florkle 09:12, 16 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think there should be a separate heading for "laboratory instruments." There are a lot of instruments not yet listed, and this would distinguish instruments which are used to collect data from simple equipment which is used merely to manipulate samples. Without doing this bunsen burners and petri dishes will end up in the same category as GC-MS and HPLC.

There is no reference to "balance" and I would not put one in but the anayltical balance is a minor entry on the page for spring scales. A mess. Someone needs to shit the disambiguation page for balance and split the entry on spring scales, forming a new entry "analytical balance."Carrionluggage 06:28, 19 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

professional bias?

[edit]

Maybe it's just me but this page seems to be biased toward the biological sciences. (though it's more probable that this comment is a result of my electronics-hobbyist biases) I really really really think we need Oscilloscope and Breadboard here. 207.65.109.10 (talk) 06:30, 15 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request a "List of Laboratory Equipment" article

[edit]

That would be neat.
