Hold on, a lot more material coming in a day or so :-) --Chino 06:39, 13 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Not a stub anymore :-) Nopcsa is a really interesting person. More info, especially his involvement in the independence of Albania would be welcome. --Chino 03:21, 14 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Regarding "at the family estate at Szentpéterfalva in Sacele (Szacsal), Transylvania"... that is not corect. His family estate (or, at least, one of hos residences from the Hateg region) was situated in this vilage:

Gay?

[edit]

Was this confirmed? it is written as if fact in the article. FunkMonk (talk) 03:59, 8 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Religion?

[edit]

We seem to know a lot about him, do we know his religion? An Austro-Hungarian noble most certainly belonged to some church, Hungarians had several choices. 18:34, 20 September 2011 (UTC)

Death date

[edit]

I have found a number of different sources stating different death dates as 15 April[1], 25 April[2] and 26 April [3]. I have left 25 April for now. Achaea (talk) 22:20, 1 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Romanian origin

[edit]

"family of Romanian origin" Any reference for this? I tried to find any real reference. All of them only mentioned the fact, but never bring up any evidence or proof. The Families of Hungary (Ivan Nagy, 1860) did not mention this, but the Szilvási ancestry. Szeitzp (talk) 17:56, 5 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Unfortunately I think a lot of digging through primary sources would be necessary to answer this question properly, if these sources even survive that is. Hemiauchenia (talk) 18:39, 5 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
