    This page is NOT for challenging the outcome of deletion discussions or to address the pending deletion of any page.
    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here).

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    I initially only seen this article due to working on one in Uncyclopedia.co. However, it seems that ironically, he's more likely to be notable enough for Wikipedia now than he was a few years ago. This does not necessarily mean a suitable article on this topic cannot be created. If it is a notable topic, e.g., multiple reliable, secondary, published sources that are entirely independent of the subject have written about it in substantive detail (not just mere mentions), then a neutrally written article may be possible. This one was written like a commercial.

    Chateau Chizay Winery[edit]

    I request the restoration of the article about the winery "Chateau Chizay," which was deleted under criterion G11 (Unambiguous advertising or promotion). I believe that the article is not promotional, as it provides neutral and objective information about the company, supported by numerous sources.

    Here are a few arguments for restoring the article: 1. Historical significance: The winery "Chateau Chizay" was founded in 1995, and since then, it has made a significant contribution to the development of winemaking in Ukraine. 2. International awards: The company has received numerous awards at international wine competitions, including the Gold Medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards and the Silver Medal at the International Wine Challenge.

    Thanks, Jay! I'm not prepared to restore that page, but will have no objection if someone else chooses to; I've tagged the similar content in the user's sandbox for speedy deletion as G11. This seems to be part of an extensive exercise in cross-wiki spam – there are similar sandboxes in de, et, fi, he, ja, sv and zh wp, and versions in article space on uk and zh (both carrying speedy-deletion tags as I write). Gorinetskiy, it seems highly likely that you have some paid connection to this company, but I don't see that you made any paid-editor disclosure when you posted here, or that you've done so anywhere else – please see your talk-page.     laurent cleenewerck[edit]

    deletion of professor cleenewerck was not justified (the argument was that he was a priest but no bishop because (a) he is the 'president of conseil de surveillance = president of the oversight council of a major intergovernmental institution which is also a university= EUCLID; (b) he is one of the most influential theologian on catholic - orthodox dialogue with his books and interviews; (c) he has authored many scientific and medical articles as can be seen in a PubMed and google scholar search; (d) has been the object of international press article for his receiving the UN interfaith prize from King Abdullah of Jordan in 2016; (e) I do not think this was in the WIKI article because the article should be under his legal name Laurent CLEENEWERCK de KIEV but is a composer/singer in French who has officially released a number of french poems into songs, under Laurent de Kiev —Mongrmaroc (talk) 05:56, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
