That's quite the lulz, but that doesn't seem very encyclopedic, and there's no supporting argument for that statement. The author has not shown why Royal Mail makes for a good example of incompetence. Anyone got anything, or should I just delete this? NoriMori (ノリモリ) 03:33, 14 September 2010 (UTC)
