We already have an article for this author under his pen-name Kuvempu and a valid redirect under his real name K. V. Puttappa. There is nobody called Dr. T.V. Puttappa (at least, not in Kannada literature). The current article seems to have been created by someone acting on inaccurate information from this personal website.
