The result of the debate was NO CONSENSUS; thus the article is kept. —Korath (Talk) 14:21, Mar 4, 2005 (UTC)
Neologism. Gamaliel 05:16, 26 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- Delete, neologism. Megan1967 06:27, 26 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- Comment: 16,500 Google hits [1]. Carrp | Talk 20:29, 26 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- Delete, no relevance outside a small conservative blogging community concerned with the 2004 US election, (its importance will be overstated by google since its related to blogs) --nixie 23:59, 26 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- Keep. It was widely used during the events that unrolled and while it was a joke in response to criticism from CBS--it has some merit as a reference in that it defines how the conservative bloggers viewed themselves and how they were viewed by CBS and its defenders. unsigned vote from 63.225.174.87
- Delete, neologism. Jonathunder 22:10, 2005 Feb 27 (UTC)
- Probably should be merged with something. Tim Rhymeless (Er...let's shimmy) 03:06, 28 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- Delete, neologism. --LexCorp 03:35, 3 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Keep. Sure it's a neologism, but that doesn't mean it should be automatically deleted. The word has appeared in print and online media around the world so it's something that people could reasonably expect to look up in Wikipedia and the article gives much more than a dicdef. --Lee Hunter 12:12, 3 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Keep. Even if this neologism disappears, somebody might want to know what it meant during its brief heyday. NathanV 14:24, 3 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Keep. Because Wikipedia is not paper, it can afford to have things like this that people may have a hard time finding information about elsewhere. Aidje 18:27, 2005 Mar 3 (UTC)
This page is now preserved as an archive of the debate and, like some other VfD subpages, is no longer 'live'. Subsequent comments on the issue, the deletion, or the decision-making process should be placed on the relevant 'live' pages. Please do not edit this page.
