Hi, welcome to Wikipedia! As you can see from the fate of some of your contributions, we take a pretty hard line on copying material directly from current encyclopedias; those are copyright violations, and have to be removed quickly. The 1911 Encyclopaedia Britannica is OK because it's out of copyright (as is everything published before 1923), although many of the articles are so out-of-date as to be misleading.
