User talk:Andrew123
Hi there,
I noticed you've been here for about a month. I'm sorry that nobody from the Wikipedia:Welcoming committee left a message on your userpage; I suppose mine will have to do.
I responded to your message on Talk:Surfer Rosa and made a change to the article.
It's common practice for Wikipedians to sign their names after leaving a message on a talk page. An easy way to do this is to simply type four tildes (~~~~) at the end of a message, which will append your username and the date and time to it.
I noticed that most of your contributions have been corrections of mistakes in grammar or spelling. You clearly have a better grasp on the English language than some other editors, and your contributions in this respect are appreciated. Nevertheless, if you happen to see that an article on a topic that interests you is missing or lacking, please feel free to add to Wikipedia.
In any case, welcome,

Writer's Almanac
[edit]I refer you to the guidelines on Wikipedia civility. Your snide remark in removing my edits is not appreciated. Nor do I appreciate your implication that my error citations are false. The examples cited are easily verified. My version of "Writer's Almanac" is accurate and factual — it is NPOV. The Writer's Almanac is NOT reliable and, despite the motto "Keep in touch," is unresponsive. If you wish to start a revert war, I shall tag the article approriately and refer the matter for arbitration. If you are connected to Writer's Almanac, then I suggest you do something about improving your own house instead of stiffling uncomfortable facts. — J M Rice 28 June 2005 14:34 (UTC)
