Length discrepancy

[edit]

How can the intro state that it is 1954 miles and then the table in section 2 give a total of 1933.4 miles. We need consistency when somebody adds data involving numbers they need to check against the other sections of the article that already contain numbers to make sure there’s only one set given. But when people haphazardly add data without doing proper checking then we wind up with bad discrepancies that confuse the reader and add distrust in the article as we don’t know which one is accurate.

Mexico–United States barrierMexico–United States border wall – The term "border wall" has been used much more often than the term "barrier" when referring to this structure. Usage of "border wall" overtook "barrier" sometime in ~15 years ago. Move per WP:COMMONNAME. – Treetoes023 (talk) 03:29, 22 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

2024 Texas Border Crisis

[edit]

So this seems to be ramping up and doesn’t seem to be close to ending and maybe we should add a section about it? Biglad14 (talk) 15:33, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
